⚠ RULE ENFORCEMENT
These rules apply to HardReset unless a specific cluster rule states otherwise.
Severe violations such as cheating, meshing, duping, intentional server crashing, or abusing exploits may result in immediate action.
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, open a Support Ticket and ask staff before doing it.
1.1 — ADMIN AUTHORITY
Admins reserve the right to interpret and enforce all rules to preserve server stability, fair competition, and game balance.
1.2 — RULE GOVERNANCE
Rule amendments are enacted by Head Admins under direct Owner authorization.
1.3 — PLAYER ACCOUNTABILITY
Ignorance of published server rules will not be accepted as a defense against warnings, wipes, suspensions, or bans.
1.4 — STAFF DECISIONS
If you disagree with a staff decision, use a Support Ticket. Do not turn global chat or Discord channels into an argument with staff.
2.1 — TRIBE CAP
Maximum tribe size is strictly 8 players.
2.2 — NO ALLIANCES
In-game alliances are disabled.
2.3 — NO CROSS-TRIBE TEAMING
Cross-tribe teaming in open-world PvP, boss fights, or raids is strictly prohibited.
2.4 — TRIBE NAMES
Tribe names must remain 100% identical across every map on the cluster.
2.5 — TRIBE HOPPING
Tribe hopping during active raid pushes or to bypass cooldowns is prohibited.
2.6 — INTERNAL TRIBE DISPUTES
Staff does not adjudicate internal betrayals, stolen loot, ownership disputes, or admin-rank disputes. Choose your tribemates carefully.
3.1 — PER-MAP BASE LIMIT
Each tribe may own up to:
• 2 Main Bases
PLUS EITHER
• 1 Rathole
OR

Maximum of 2 Ratholes and 2 Water Bases total across the entire cluster.

3.5 — MAP REMOVALS
If a map is retired or rotated out of the cluster, structures on that map may be removed automatically.
3.6 — TURRET CAP
Maximum 250 active turrets per local grid area, approximately a 35-foundation radius.
3.7 — MULTIPLE TURRET GRIDS
Bases may use multiple 250-turret defensive areas as long as each grid is separated far enough that they do not overlap.
3.8 — PLATFORM SADDLE TURRETS
Turrets built on platform saddles count toward whichever local turret grid the tame passes through.

Meaningless pillar, foundation, or wall spam outside your active defensive perimeter is prohibited.

Blocking major high-density metal, Element, or other important resource spawn clusters with non-defensive spam is prohibited.
3.16 — ARTIFACT CAVES
Artifact caves may be claimed where building is permitted, but empty structure spam designed only to block entry is prohibited.

Third-party tribes may only counter-raid by actively fighting BOTH the attackers and defenders.
Helping or teaming with either side is prohibited.

Unorthodox raid methods, unusual raid angles, teleport pushes, or anything likely to generate a dispute must be recorded.
Lack of video evidence may invalidate a raid ticket.

Protected tribes may:
• Build their base
• Harvest resources

• Participate in PvP
• Raid
• Place raid FOBs

Trash talk from a protected tribe does not automatically authorize another tribe to attack them.
Contact staff through a Support Ticket before taking action.
5.1 — ZERO-TOLERANCE MESHING
Attempting to access, view, damage, build within, or otherwise exploit unintended out-of-bounds map geometry is prohibited.
Severe meshing violations may result in an immediate permanent cluster ban and tribe wipe.
